At Goodr, this Terms of Service sets out the terms that apply to U.S. customers.

U.S. Fulfillment

We ship only to U.S. addresses with no standard-shipping charge. Allow 1-2 business days for handling and an estimated 4-6 business days for carrier transit; tracking information follows dispatch.

Catalog Accuracy

Goodr offers goodr sunglasses, performance and lifestyle eyewear, snow goggles, and related eyewear accessories. Product pages are maintained in good faith, but pricing, availability, and listing errors may be corrected when discovered.

Using the Store

By visiting Goodr or placing an order, a customer accepts these Terms together with the published policies that form part of the U.S. shopping experience.

Customer Remedies

An unshipped order may be cancelled by promptly writing to Support@sunglassesforcycling.shop. Once dispatched, the 30-day no-reason return and exchange rules apply, including merchant-paid approved return freight.

Review the Refund Policy for all item conditions, exceptions, freight arrangements, and refund timing.

Checkout and Acceptance

Checkout does not override availability or payment approval. Transactions are settled in USD, may undergo reasonable security review, and include taxes when law requires them.

Site Conduct and Legal Rights

The site may not be used for fraud, security interference, false submissions, unlawful conduct, or unauthorized exploitation of content. Mandatory consumer protections remain intact.
